ABSTRACT
With the development of science and technology, improvement of living standards,
people pay more and more attention to safety of life and property. Perimeter security, as
the first barrier to security systems, is being paid more and more attention by people.
The electronic fence has become the mainstream equipment for the demostic perimeter
security ,and its role and position is extremely important. But with the increasing
promotion of the electronic fence applications, shortcomings of the original system is
gradually exposed, such as either a high false alarm rate or low detection rate; the
system becoming a kind of decoration after using soon, resulting in waste of resources;
difficult to adapt to a variety of application requirements due to single function;
unfriendly man-machine interface and complex operations resulting in being refused to
use.
Aiming to the above problems, this paper presents a new type of intelligent design
- Intelligent electronic fence system which combines high detection rate,low mistake
rate.It can be applied to many different places and easy to operate.It sets the function of
defense,deterrence and alarm in one. Based on theAT89S51 as the core controller, the
system uses the way of BOOST and flyback transformer,producing four grades high-
voltage output pulse with controllable voltage and adjustable pulse width.It can
automatically switch the output voltage according to the different needs of application
areas and time.It reduces detection interference caused by high voltage pulse and
environmental change during sampling, plastic, optical isolation, hardware filtering,
software filtering etc. Analysing the change of return signal of electronic fence in the
wake of output signal, it can judge fence states including deployment, OCS, short circuit
and open circuit with statesoftware algorithms and achieve the function of intelligent
display,scene sound and light alarm and remote data communications.In addition, the
system is equipped with DC12V battery power supply system,supplemented by
intelligent charging solutions and backup power supply automatical cutover and
management. When the host power down or power failure,battery can ensure the system
run in continuous and stable state.
Through the experimental test of various places, environment and period, the new
intelligent design system runs stably and reliably.The detection rate is very high and
