摘 要
自动化物流仓库作为现代物流技术领域内出现的新型仓储方式,在现代物流
业中发挥着越来越显著的作用,为物流业的发展带来新的契机,极大地带动了物
流业的发展。自动化物流仓库出入库优化研究以及输送系统调度优化研究是提高
作业效率和经济性的重要途径,因而一直是工程优化领域的重点。本文在总结前
人研究的基础上,分析了课题的研究目的和意义,对自动化物流仓库的
AS/RS-AGVS 进行了深入的研究。本文的主要工作如下:
1. 理论阐述了自动化物流仓库的作业原理,阐明自动化物流仓库的几项关键
技术,并建立了 AS/RS-AGVS 作业流程图。
2. 研究了自动化物流仓库货位实时分配优化问题。通过对货位实时分配优化
问题理论上的阐述和分析,从货架重心、存取效率以及储位布局经济性三个方面
建立了针对货位实时分配优化问题的多目标数学模型。
3. 通过对多目标求解优化算法的比较和选择,选择并利用了 NSGA-II
对建立的多目标函数模型进行了求解,并运用 MATLAB 进行了模拟求解验证。
4. 分析了 AS/RS 存取策略和出入库作业流程,以及出/入库作业的原则
建立了基于优先级表的出库调度算法模型,并对入库作业以及复合作业调度策略
进行了分析。
5. 介绍AGV 系统和排队论的基本知识,利用排队论建立AGV 系统
排队模型以及排队服务系统费用模型,求得 AGV 的最佳配置数量,达到了系统优
化的目的。
6. 根据 AS/RS-AGVS 的运行特点,提出了系统可能会出现的四个问题。采
用先到先服务的策略以及针对这四个问题的特点分别建立了相应的调度算法以及
策略,使问题得到有效的解决。

ABSTRACT
Automated logistics warehouse (ALW), as the an storage style in the field of
modern logistics technologies, which is playing an increasing significant role for the
development of the logistics industry and bringing about new opportunities and greatly
boosted the development of the logistics industry. Automated logistics warehouse
storage/retrieval optimization, as well as transportation scheduling system optimization,
is an important way to improve the operation efficiency and economy. In this paper, the
author summaries the previous studies, analyzes the research purpose and significance
of this subject, makes a deep research on the AS/RS-AGVS of automated logistics
warehouse. The mainly work are as follow:
1) Expounds the operation principle of automated logistics warehouse, as well as
several critical technologies, and then illustrates the operation process of AS/RS-AGVS
as shows in the established flowchart.
2) Studies the optimization problem of real-tsime slotting distribute in the
automated logistics warehouse.By expounding and analyzing the optimization problem
of slotting real-time distribute based on the theory, establishes the mathematical model
from three aspects as follow: 1.gravity center of shelf, 2.the efficiency of storage and
retriveal, 3.the economy of location layout.
3) By comparing and selecting methods of multi-objective solution optimization
algorithms, selects NSGA-II to solve the multi-objective function mathemetical model,
and finally simulates the model by matlab.
4) Analyzes the storage/retrieval policies and their operation processes, as well as
the operation principless. And a retrieval scheduling algorithm model based on the
priority table is established. Finally, analyzes the storage and compound operation
scheduling policies.
5) Introduces the basic knownledge of AGV system and queuing theory,then
establishes AGV queuing theory model as well as queue service cost model by the use
of queuing theory,gets the best allocation number of AGV, the purpose of system
optimization has been made.
6) Proposes four problems that may be occurred in the system based on the
operation features of AS/RS-AGVS. Adapts first come first service (FCFS) policy and
establishes corresponding scheduling policies and algorithms which are based on the
respective features, and solve the problems effectively.
