ABSTRACT
EPS system is an important part of the auto transmission, it affect dirigibility,
stability and safety of the vehicle, it is directly reaction the superiority of the vehicle,
Worm gear device is an important transmission mechanism, the transmission
performance directly affect the system transmission efficiency and the ability of come
back in EPS. In order to research the efficiency and fatigue property of worm gear,
Shanghai University of Science and Technology developed a bench to test the
performance of worm gear, and provide the scientific theory for improving and
developing a new worm gear in the future.
In this paper, the main research object was worm gear bench. This paper first
simply expressed the technical indexes and performance, at the same time for
experimental loading system--
asynchronous servo motor, the mathematical model was
established, has made the detailed analysis theory of control strategy. Use MATLAB
Simulink build motor simulation model. Next established mechanical and electrical
integrated modeling simulation, and analyzed the plus torque existing problems and the
causes in the worm gear system. Based on this, ask the feed-forward control and
trajectory planning method to eliminate the surplus torque. The practical application of
worm gear, eliminate force torque, improved the precision and stability of the system.
Finally, designed the electrical control and software system in worm gear. Write the
system management module, motion control module and the program calculation
module and CAM curve generation module of the software. Eventually, completed the
load, the input speed, temperature, humidity and so on signal acquisition. Meet the
control requirements of efficiency and fatigue test.
