摘 要
随着经济日益发展,市场竞争已不局限企业之间,越来越趋于企业整个供应
链竞争。在竞争激烈的环境下,企业如何更好的生存和成长,对作为整个供应链
源头的供应商的管理就显得尤为重要,显然,供应商产品质量管理和控制不仅有
利于降低成本,提高产品质量,而且有利于企业缩短周期时间,提高客户满意度,
还有利于优化整个供应链流程,提升企业的市场竞争力和占有率。
众所周知,供应商在供应链管理中具有举足轻重的作用,因而,在绪论中论
述了国内外供应商质量管理的理论,学习前人先进的管理方法和理念,也发现前
人理论与当前企业发展之间的不足之处,其局限在于企业内部的管理,如何对供
应商产品质量管理和控制方法论述比较少;因而,T公司供应商产品质量研究将从
如何与供应商搭建供应商产品质量管理信息共享平台,如何利用先进管理方法加
强控制,并提升供应商产品质量作为重点加以研究。正文在对供应商质量管理的
基本理论和方法分析的基础上;以 T公司供应商管理为案例,针对 T公司的供应
商管理流程和考核方法实际进行深入的分析,总结供应商选择、审核和评估的基
本方法,对如何与供应商建立信息共享平台和优化供应商提出建议。同时本文将
精益生产和六西格玛管理先进理论相结合应用于 T公司供应商产品质量管理过程
中,收集供应商 T公司的相关数据,对测量系统进行分析,运用统计过程控制和
统计软件对供应商 T公司的产品质量控制进行了研究,制定相应的改善措施;同
时,运用精益生产中的工具优化信息流和物料流。
通过搭建企业与供应商信息共享平台,以及产品质量管理和控制方法的研究,
使得质量控制基本理论和方法在实际运用方面进行总结和拓展,并将先进的管理
系统融入整个供应商质量管理过程中。希望理论与实际工作相结合,在实践过程
中建立标准化和系统化的控制方法,使之成为一种新的通用模式指导今后的工作,
使得作业流程更加顺畅,有条不紊。

ABSTRACT
With the development of economy, the competition is not just existing between
enterprises but extending to all the supply chain. Under the keenly competitive
surroundings, It is very important to managing suppliers which is the source of the
supply chain for the enterprise's well development. Apparently, quality control and
management of the products from suppliers not only can reduce the cost and improve
the quality of products but also can reduce cycle times and improve customer
satisfaction. Further more, it is favourable for optimizing the supply chain improving
the market share and competitive force.
As we all know, suppliers play an important role in supply chain management. So
we discusses the theroy of quality management of domestic and overseas supplier in this
thesis but find that the theroy before was limited to internal enterprise management but
lesser about the discussion on the way of quality control and management of the
products. Therefore this thesis begin with the question that how to build information
sharing platform of quality management of the products with suppliers and how to
improve and control products' quality by advanced management methods. In the first
part, it expatiate the basic theroy about the suppliers' quality management. It describes
in detail about T company who setted up supplier management procedureexamination
method and information sharing platform and made a selection examination and
approval in the second part. In the third part, it discusses about applying Lean
production and six sigma advanced theroy and methods to supply quality management
process in T company. Explaning in detail that how to make date collection sheets, how
to analyse measurement system, how to use statistical process control, how to choose
analytic tools and formulate corresponding measures. Meanwhile, it applies the tools of
lean production to optimizing information flow and material flow.
By building the information sharing platform between enterprise and supply and
analysing the way of production quality management and control, the basic theroy and
way of quality control could be summarized and expanded in actual application.
Advanced management system will feed into the supply quality management process
with interaction and mutual support. We hope that would be new general pattern guiding
the further work by combining practical work and establishing the standardized and
systematic control way. It will get smooth and efficient production in order.
