ABSTRACT
Air transportation, as a part of the service trade, connects closely with the national
safety and the economy development, and is strictly controlled by every government.
As the new economy’s age coming, it becomes more and more important to shorten the
distance of the space and time. The status of the air transportation is becoming
prominent day by day. China is in the tide of the economic globalization, and it’s
inevitably to face the problems about opening traffic sky right. What influence will it
bring on the China’s international trade with the traffic right opening, what factors will
affect the opening of the traffic right, and what attitude should the China government
take facing the trend of the traffic right opening? These are the main topics I am going
to research about in my thesis.
This article combines the theory with the practice and use both qualitative analysis
and quantitative analysis. It use the Heckscher-Ohlin theory to explain the economic
results which will be caused by the traffic rights opening, and also use the data to prove
the factors which will affect the opening of the traffic rights. It also uses a lot of
materials as the examples to support the content.
The first part of the article is the introduction about the conception and the origin
of the traffic rights, and also divide the development of the traffic rights opening into 3
phases. The second part is to analyze the influence which will be brought to Chinese
international trade by the traffic rights opening. And the conclusion is that the traffic
rights opening will bring china a lot of economic benefits. The third part is to analyze
the factors which will affect the traffic rights opening. We take the opening process of
the traffic rights in the America and the India as the examples, combining the situation
of China, and give the proper advice to the Chinese traffic rights opening policy.
